Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations and Payment
- Reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, email or through approved third-party booking platforms.
- A valid credit card may be required to secure a reservation.
- Payment may be collected before arrival or upon check-in, depending on the booking conditions.
- Deposits or advance payments may be required for certain reservations, including group bookings, long stays and special events.
- Any applicable credit card surcharge will be disclosed before payment.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation and No-show Policy
- Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Non-refundable rates, promotional offers, group bookings and special event reservations may have different cancellation and payment conditions.
- The specific terms confirmed at the time of booking will take precedence over the standard cancellation policy.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 pm.
- Check-out: By 10:00 am.
- Minimum check-in age: 18 years.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
- Reception closes at 8:30 pm.
- After-hours check-in is available by prior arrangement. Guests arriving late are requested to contact us in advance.
4. Parking
- One complimentary car park is allocated per room.
- If additional parking is required, please contact us in advance.
- Extra parking is subject to availability and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
5. Guests and Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave the property before 9:00 pm unless registered as overnight guests.
- Additional charges may apply if unregistered visitors remain after 9:00 pm.
- The number of guests staying in each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for that room type.
6. Noise and Quiet Hours
- Please respect other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level.
- Parties and gatherings of any kind are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
7. Smoking, Damage and Cleaning
- All accommodation units are strictly non-smoking.
- Smoking inside rooms may incur a minimum cleaning fee of NZ$250, with additional charges where applicable.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay or the actions of their visitors.
- Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply where necessary.
8. Children and Additional Bedding
- Children are welcome.
- Sofa beds are available in selected room types and may be subject to additional guest charges.
- Maximum room occupancy must be observed.
- Additional freestanding beds and infant cots are not provided.
9. Pets and Our Resident Cat
- Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property.

10. Laundry Facilities
- Self-service laundry facilities are available for guests, with two washing machines and one dryer.
- Washing machines and the dryer are coin-operated, at NZ$4 per load.
- Laundry powder is available for purchase from reception at NZ$1 per pack. Guests are also welcome to bring their own laundry detergent.
- Laundry facilities are available during daytime hours only.
- The laundry must not be used during quiet hours, from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Guests are requested to remove their laundry promptly once the wash or drying cycle has finished.
- Please leave the laundry area clean and tidy after use.
11. General Conditions
- Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests and motel staff.
- Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where guests seriously breach these conditions, subject to applicable law.
- Any additional charges will be handled in accordance with the booking conditions and applicable law.
